Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aura Spell By Bebul, we take immense pride in crafting our candles, dhuni, and soulful gifts with light and intention. Since our products are handcrafted and spiritual in nature, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
📦 1. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at bebuldas9@gmail.com with an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products and used spiritual items including candles or incense sticks that have already been lit.
💳 3. Refunds
After reviewing the proof of damage, we will notify you if the refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
❌ 4. Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
